Lola are committed to researching and manufacturing viable and sustainable technologies. We are always looking for innovative and ground breaking solutions to expand the potential of renewable resources.

At Lola we have already forged a successful partnership with researchers from Warwick University to create the worlds first racing car using sustainable and renewable materials. Unveiled in 2009 the “WorldFirst Formula 3 racing car” is powered by chocolate waste bio-fuel, uses carrots and other root vegetables in it’s race specification steering wheel and has composite bodywork incorporating potatoe waste!

We are currently working on numerous renewables projects and in the coming months we hope to showcase some of these exciting new technologies
